Gudmund strengthens our team!

Gudmund, who started with us at New Year’s, has his background from production, automation and cloud solutions. He knows how to best link operations- with information technology. Communication between process plant / machine and business system (ERP) is a prerequisite to the concept of Industry 4.0. He is already “up to speed” and his efforts will produce good results in future.

Uplifting  season!

Uplifting  season!

A lot has happened during the winter. We have received several orders from both existing and new customers. It is particularly encouraging that these are to be used by several new end users with our customers . We have also received further feedback and evidence from customers that industrial automation can improve sustainable development. Plus; we have developed several new automated solutions where best practice ensures the correct outcome. And not least; Our approach to new customers and industries is starting to show results. We look forward to further demonstrate the benefits of future-proof industrial automation. (The picture above is taken from our logging and trending package integrated in the HMI SW.)

Mads is back!

Mads is back!

Mads Hauge is back after checking the world  outside Ecco it. He knows us inside out, having carried out control system installations all over the world. He has decided to come «home»,  to assist us with planning and implementation of projects. Mads has delivered from day one in his new role as project manager and we welcome him «home» again.

Deep diving into automation to unearth hidden treasures

Deep diving into automation to unearth hidden treasures

Arild Bergesen Husebø has found the driving force to dive deep into the possibilities within automation. He has studied renewable energy, mechatronics and is now finishing a PhD in condition-based maintenance. He will definitely strengthen our lineup in our efforts to develop sustainable solutions.

Our solution for condition-based maintenance is taking form

Our solution for condition-based maintenance is taking form

After a long development process, a complete gen-1 solution for condition-based maintenance (CBM) of process plants and machinery has now been installed at a facility in the UK. The solution includes new sensors for vibration measurements and oil quality sampling and combines it with data from existing instrumentation. Status presentation is added seamlessly as a new tab to the existing HMI and can be access online. We are confident that the solution will makes important contributions by optimizing performance, minimize risk of downtime and reducing costs through maintenance as needed – not according to a schedule.

Morten will contribute transform our oil & gas solutions to other industries

Morten Sædberg recently had his first working day with us. He has been given a significant responsibility; contribute to transforming our solutions for control and monitoring of processes within oil and gas to other industries. We are sure he will succeed! The ability to understand different markets is part of his DNA. He has experience from a significant number of industries; active leisure, consumer goods, firefighting systems, aquaculture and more. We have no doubts; he will contribute to the expansion of our market segments.
